Graduate Analysis Engineer Vacancy
AS Mosley is an independent engineering analysis consultancy specialising in the design of surface and subsea equipment for the oil and gas industry. We offer a comprehensive range of analysis capabilities to oil and gas operators, service companies and manufacturers worldwide.
We are currently looking for a full time Graduate Analysis Engineer to assist in the design and assessment of subsea exploration and production equipment and perform riser and wellhead analyses using Flexcom and Orcaflex software and non-linear structural analyses using ANSYS.
The candidate will have recently graduated or be about to graduate with a degree in mechanical, civil, aeronautical engineering or naval architecture.
Applicant Opportunities
The successful candidate will be placed on a two-year programme to develop the skills required to perform structural strength and fatigue assessment of subsea structures subjected to complex loading including static, dynamic, thermal, hydrodynamics and vortex induced vibrations. The candidate will be taught how to perform riser analysis using Flexcom and Orcaflex and carry out 3D finite element analysis using ANSYS. Furthermore, the candidate will learn the application of design codes (i.e. API, ASME, ISO, and DNV). Other benefits include a competitive salary and the option of hybrid working.

- Minimum qualifications: Engineering Degree, preferably MEng or MSc
- Legal eligibility to work within the UK
- Possess a good understanding and level of written English
- Current driver’s licence and use of car due to the remote location of the business and limitations with public transport
